Hi, I'm Kunal Kataria — a Product Leader, CPO, and Founding Member (2 startups) who bridges hardware and software. With 8 years of experience, I've scaled products to 150K+ devices, managed $1.5M ARR, and processed 1B+ number of transactions through platforms I've built. Currently mentoring aspiring PMs in Product Management and Design.
How I Work
With 8 years of experience, I started as an Electronics Engineer who loves making things thus has a keen interest in mechanics as well. I started my journey with founding an ed-tech startup and quickly evolved into a Product Leader and now serve as Chief Product Officer. As a Founding Member of two startups, I realized that building great products requires more than technical expertise — it demands strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and deep market understanding. I'm also passionate about giving back, currently mentoring aspiring professionals in Product Management and Product Design.
My approach combines technical depth with business acumen. I understand djikstra's and manufacturing constraints, but I also know how to read P&L statements and drive go-to-market strategies. This unique perspective has helped me deliver award-winning products that solve real problems at scale. I speak fluent Startup and Product.

As a core decision-making team member, played a key role in the ideation, design, and manufacturing of over 50+ robotics and electronics-based educational products in over 2.5 years. Managed product development for global products for ages 4-16.
Researched increasing exploration efficiency of UGV and tested on Real Robot with LIDAR and Camera in Real-life indoor maps using Frontier Exploration and 2D Scan Matching. Worked on Robot Operating System (ROS) on Linux with C++.
